  I called apple branch in east setauket to open up 2 business accounts. I explained what i needed and the rep sonya, told me not a problem. So my vice president and my self went there, asked for sonya, who rudely kept us waiting so she could finish talking about the weather and weekend plans with the tellers. When she greets us, she told us that apple bank never opens business accounts and it could take 3-5 hours. Instead of leaving we stayed. She then googles our business and finds a similar one and starts rudely arguing with us saying we need to bring that owner in to tell her were different companies even though i brought in my filing receipt, articles of incorp, and all required proof. Then she says she needs to copy our paperwork and takes 15 minutes because again shes talking to her coworkers about opening a pool. When she returns she takes some information and says she decided not to open an account because we didnt sign the banking resolution which i could of easily done. From the very beginning she made it clear with her statements that she has no interest in her job or clients and only cares about talking. When i requested my paperwork since i want nothing to do with the bank, she said well i need to pay since copying it isnt free. I told her that's absurd and will not pay and she has no right to keep personal info. She gave it to me and told me apple bank does not want my business. All because i didnt sign a banking resolution. When i left i called to ask for a manager and she told me shes the manager and i asked for someone higher. She rudely said she doesnt need to, our business isnt welcome and hung up. I will be alerting the media as well as the vast majority of my network groups and customer base to never do business with such a discrinatory unprofessional organization who wastes peoples time and flat out lies.
